These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions" or "T&C") form a legal agreement between the player ("user", "player", or "you") who uses the jbdkk platform and its services, and the platform operator ("jbdkk").

When registering, players must provide their real name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information correctly. Opening an account with false, fraudulent, or another person's personal information is strictly prohibited.

2.3 One Personal Account Only

Each player may only open one account at jbdkk. If it is found that a single person has opened multiple accounts, jbdkk may close all such accounts and make a decision regarding the remaining balances. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of the bonus fraud prevention policy.

2.4 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. Players are personally responsible for all activity that occurs on their account. If unauthorized access to an account is detected, notify jbdkk support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Deposit methods available on the jbdkk platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Use of a third party's payment method is not permitted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amounts

  • Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks (for any payment method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes after submission. However, processing may take longer if KYC verification, bank server issues, or unusual activity reviews are required.

3.4 Financial Security

jbdkk takes the financial security of players seriously. If any payment is found to be suspicious of money laundering, jbdkk may immediately freeze those funds and take action in accordance with applicable law. Players agree to use only funds from legal sources.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at jbdkk, you can receive a 100% first deposit bonus — up to 100,000 Ks. The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after a 25x wagering requirement has been met.

Examples (actual calculations):

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks
  • Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving a balance of 320,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 100,000 × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

  • Each bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address.
  • If it is found that a player is claiming bonuses through duplicate accounts or engaging in bonus abuse by playing in a calculated way solely to meet bonus requirements, the bonus will be removed and the account may be closed.
  • While playing with a bonus, there may be restrictions on using the bonus in certain games as specified by jbdkk.
  • jbdkk reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

4.3 VIP Program Cashback

The jbdkk VIP program has 4 tiers — Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (0.8%), Gold (1.1%), and Platinum (1.5%). The specific figures related to VIP tier progression will be determined individually for each player and may change depending on game type, play patterns, and related factors. Cashback funds can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement.

Gaming Conduct and Prohibited Actions

5.1 Fair Play

The jbdkk platform is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following actions are therefore strictly prohibited —

  • Software exploitation, hacking attempts, or using external tools to manipulate gameplay
  • Bonus fraud — claiming bonuses again through duplicate accounts or under family members' names
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities
  • Attempting to make fraudulent payments (chargebacks)
  • Threatening jbdkk staff or other players, or using inappropriate language

5.2 Handling Violations

If any of the above conduct violations are found, jbdkk may immediately suspend the account, cancel payments, and/or take legal action.

Service Limitations and Responsibilities

6.1 Right to Suspend Service

jbdkk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any or all services without prior notice due to technical issues, server maintenance, or legal requirements.

6.2 Player Responsibilities

Players must verify on their own that using the platform complies with the laws of their country or region, and may only use it if it does. jbdkk is not responsible for any issues arising from legal conflicts.

6.3 Third-Party Platforms

The jbdkk platform may contain links to external websites. jbdkk is not responsible for the policies, privacy, or security of those websites.

Section 7

Personal Data Protection

jbdkk manages players' personal data carefully and accurately in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Player information is used only for specified purposes and is not sold to third parties. jbdkk has the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in connection with any payment, and players are required to cooperate.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

If a breach of these T&C is found, jbdkk may immediately suspend or close the account without prior notice and make a decision regarding any funds associated with it.
